Friendly service from the gentleman. We had seen a pair of headphones online and ordered them as a gift. We were called to say they were unfortunately out of stock. They could be reordered. We needed the gift that weekend, so we were pressed for time. The gentleman suggested he had several nice alternatives. Once in the store, he found a good one and gift-wrapped it. I've been a customer of Expert Marum for several years. Yesterday, our three-year-old Samsung TV stopped working. They came right away. It turned out the TV wasn't broken, but the power cord behind it and between the wall had come loose. How silly and trivial. They put it back in, and the problem was solved. We bought a new refrigerator at a great price. It was delivered to our home and installed immediately. We received excellent service (the invoice showed Joey's name) and they took the old refrigerator back with them. Great company!
